Baldwin Brothers Inc. is planning a mixed-use infill development to include rehabilitation of an existing historic structure, new office and mixed-use buildings, and 20-25 new housing units in new townhouse and single-family buildings.
Morris Beacon Design provided civil engineering services to plan grading and infrastructure for the master plan buildout, and completed construction documents for the first building, a 7,500 sq. ft. office building, along with associated parking and landscape improvements. The project incorporates sustainable stormwater management features including rain gardens, landscaped channels to daylight building roof stormwater runoff, and underground recharge systems to replenish groundwater. |
