As part of the follow up to the Town Master Plan, the Town of Tyngsborough commissioned
a planning and design study to create a Master Plan to incorporate land use, economic development, and community objectives into a vision for a vibrant town center.
Working with Concord Square Development and the Town of Tyngsborough, Morris Beacon Design is responsible for civil engineering and planning services to research and map existing conditions, conduct public outreach and synthesize stakeholder input, produce design vision scenario drawings and sketches, and provide recommendations related to infrastructure, streetscape, open space, and parking. |

The Town of Wrentham intends to enhance and diversify the exisitng residential character of the Wampum Corner corridor to supplement and diversify the town’s housing supply. Towards this end, the Town has commissioned a study of the area to incorporate these goals into a specific, cohesive plan for the corridor.

In order to encourage a vibrant downtown and support future economic development while maintaining open space, the Town of Cohasset commissioned a planning study to consolidate stakeholder input and provide recommendations for potential zoning changes and design guidelines for the Village Business District.
